and does not guarantee medical treatment or health effects.
-
Please exercise according to your physical condition. If you are
feeling unwell or have underlying conditions, please consult a doctor
in advance.

record the route, distance, duration, and pace of your activities.
-
Measurement results may contain errors depending on GPS reception and

-
Using the Tracking Function requires permission to access the device's
location data. Tracking in the background may require allowing

Activity Records and location data are not sent to or stored on the
Developer's servers; they are stored on the User's device or, via
CloudKit, in the User's own iCloud account. The Developer has no
obligation to restore records lost due to app deletion, device
changes, or other causes.
-
For important health management or maintenance decisions, please
consult professionals or medical institutions.
Privacy and Data Handling
-
The Developer may collect only anonymised usage statistics (e.g. error
logs, feature usage) to improve the Service. Such data cannot be used
to identify individual Users.
-
Collected statistical information is stored and analyzed in a form
that cannot identify individuals and is used solely for service
improvement.
- For further details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

- Any other acts the Developer deems inappropriate.
Disclaimer
-
The Developer shall bear no responsibility for accidents, injuries,
health problems, disputes with third parties, or other issues arising
while using the Service. Please exercise at your own risk and
judgment.
-
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from
inaccuracies in Activity Records due to GPS errors or from the loss or
corruption of records.
-
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from changes
to, interruption of, or termination of the Service.
Contact
For inquiries regarding the Service, please contact us via in-app
support or by another method separately designated by the Developer.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
